Policy Customers will only be billed once for shipping costs (which includes returns); Non-replenishment of stocks charged to consumers for the return of the product.

gbfke only accept returns on products that are identified as eligible for return or are damaged received. Oncegbfke confirms that your product has been redirected in accordance with this policy, your credit card or PayPal account will be fully refunded. Return address will be provided to us by email at service@gbfke.com Normally within 3 business days.We do not accept product exchanges.


If the product arrived damaged ("Damaged Product"),gbfke will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the return procedures below. Oncegbfke confirms that you have received a damaged product that has been returned in accordance with the return procedures below, your sole remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your PayPal account in the amount charged for the damaged product (if your credit card or PayPal account has already been requested for the product) or (b) we do not charge your credit card or PayPal account for the damaged product. The amount refunded will include applicable delivery charges.

Return Procedures: All returns must be made within 14 days of the product delivery date. All returned products must be used (for example, are not worn, washed, damaged or altered) and returned in accordance with instructions received from contacting customer service depending on the site. All products not returned in accordance with the return procedures are returned to you, and no credits or refunds will be issued.
